Record removal & corrections

The best way to control your information is to claim your record. Once you verify ownership, you can keep your details accurate and current, and choose how your business is presented.

If a record contains information you believe is inaccurate, email support@vizzibly.com with:

• •A link to the record;
• •The specific information that is inaccurate and the correct information;
• •Your name, your role at the business, and how we can reach you to confirm your authority.

We review correction requests and, where appropriate, update or annotate the record. We may ask for reasonable confirmation that you are authorized to act for the business.

If you would prefer your business not be listed, email support@vizzibly.com with the subject line “Record removal” and include:

• •A link to the record you want removed;
• •The business name and its website;
• •Your name and your role at the business (owner or authorized representative), so we can confirm your authority.

We honor legitimate removal requests from a business owner or authorized representative and will typically remove or unpublish the record within a reasonable time after we confirm the request. We may keep minimal information as needed to prevent the record from being re-created and to comply with our legal obligations.

To report a record that impersonates a business, infringes rights, or raises another legal concern, email support@vizzibly.com with the record link and a description of the issue. Include enough detail for us to identify and evaluate the concern. We take these reports seriously and respond promptly.

• •We act within a reasonable time and let you know the outcome;
• •We may correct, annotate, unpublish, or remove a record depending on the request;
• •Verified facts are only ever set by Vizzibly and are never changed in exchange for payment.
