Terms of Service

Vizzibly publishes verified, structured records of real businesses so that search engines and AI assistants can find, trust, and cite them. Each record links to the business’s own website; Vizzibly is a reference layer and is not operated by, affiliated with, or an agent of the businesses it describes.

A business record may be created from publicly available information before the business has claimed it. A business owner or authorized representative may claim, correct, or request removal of a record — see our Record removal & corrections policy.

“Verified” means Vizzibly performed a specific, described check against an outside source (for example, cross-checking a business’s name, address, and phone, or confirming a license with its issuer). Every fact on a record is labeled with its provenance (verified, owner-attested, or self-reported). How this works is described on our verification page.

Verification is not a guarantee. Information can be incomplete, change over time, or contain errors. A record is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or warranty of any business, and you should not treat it as the sole basis for hiring, purchasing, or any other decision. Independently confirm anything that matters to you, directly with the business.

The firewall: paying for a subscription never changes what is presented as true — it does not buy a “verified” status, a higher ranking, better placement, or a more favorable record. Verification is earned or independently checked, never purchased.

Some features require an account, which is provided through our authentication provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Notify us at support@vizzibly.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you claim a record, you represent that you are the business owner or an authorized representative, and you agree that:

• •The information you submit or attest to is accurate and not misleading;
• •You will not claim a business you are not authorized to represent;
• •Owner-attested facts you add are your representations, not independent verifications by us;
• •We may suspend, correct, or release a record if a claim appears inaccurate, unauthorized, or disputed.

Vizzibly offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (currently “Managed” and “Growth”). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not receive or store your full card details.

Auto-renewal.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, until canceled. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Cancellation.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings (the customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.

Plan changes.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. A subscription is tied to a specific business record.

Refunds.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features not used. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@vizzibly.com.

Price changes.

We may change subscription prices. Any change applies to a following billing period, and we will give you reasonable advance notice. Continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. Taxes may apply and are your responsibility where applicable.

You agree not to:

• •Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, or claim a business you do not represent;
• •Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract the Service except as expressly permitted, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls;
• •Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• •Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or harass or harm others;
• •Misrepresent your affiliation with any business or with Vizzibly.

The Service — including its software, design, and the structure, selection, and arrangement of records — is owned by Vizzibly and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Business names and marks referenced in records belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Content you submit remains yours, and you grant us a license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service.

Records link to businesses’ own websites and may reference third-party sources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content, products, services, or conduct. Your dealings with any business or third party are solely between you and them.

The Service and all records are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any record is accurate, current, or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizzibly and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any reliance on a record — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vizzibly and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your claim of a record, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time; you may delete your account, and you may cancel paid plans as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to other agreed resolution, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
